Vincent Guerre worked in EU institutions during 14 years – first as an adviser to a Member of the European Parliament, and later as a policy officer at the European Commission. In these roles, he was at the heart of EU policymaking, closely involved in the drafting and negotiation of several laws. Now outside the EU institutions, he remains active within the broader ‘EU bubble’ as both a lobbyist and a lecturer at university.
